Boston, MA [November 3, 2017] – ath Power Consulting, a leading financial services research and strategy firm, was recently named a recipient of the MSPA Elite Awards. This program recognizes member companies that demonstrate outstanding leadership and support in advancing the goals and objectives of MSPA Americas, the trade association representing the customer experience management and measurement industry. The award winners are considered the leading mystery shop and research organizations shouldering the advancement of the customer experience industry through active involvement in MSPA Americas.

Each year, only a handful of companies qualify for the international trade association’s most prestigious award. MSPA Americas recognized 9 of its 143 member companies with their highest accolade of “Elite” status for 2018, based on member achievements realized throughout 2017. ath Power has been named an MSPA Elite company every year since the award program began back in 2014, and is one of only two firms to accomplish this feat.

In October, companies earning Elite status were honored at the annual CXE3 Conference, a gathering of executives from mystery shopping firms, marketing research and merchandising companies, surveyors, field audit firms, loss prevention firms, and others. At the conference, ath Power’s Chief Operating Officer, Rich Bradley, accepted the award on behalf of the company, and acknowledged ath Power’s exceptional leadership team, their unwavering commitment to excellence, and their active involvement in MSPA. “We are extremely honored to be recognized as an MSPA Elite company for 2018,” stated Mr. Bradley. “Both MSPA and ath Power have set very high standards and we know that consistently meeting those standards is crucial to achieving Elite status in addition to setting us apart from other research and customer experience firms for the benefit of our distinguished clients.”
