Francis J. Aloi - Founder and CEO

Francis J. Aloi, founder of ath Power Consulting Corporation, is an expert in customer experience research, product positioning, forecasting, and marketing strategy. He has lead his firm to become one of the 500 fastest growing privately held companies in the United States and one of the top 10 fastest growing companies in Massachusetts.

Frank’s professional background includes Market Forecasting and Financial Analyst positions with Massachusetts Financial Services, Millipore Corporation, and the Bank of Boston. At these organizations he gained substantial, hands-on experience developing and implementing highly successful market research programs and internal measurement systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics Economics and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, earned while he was a Finance Fellowship student.

Frank has published numerous articles and taught at a number of higher education institutions throughout New England including Boston University, Salem State College and Merrimack College. He belongs to a number of professional trade associations including the American Marketing Association, Marketing Research Association, American Bankers Association, America's Community Bankers, Credit Union Executives Society, SCIP, the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals, and a charter member of the Mystery Shopping Provider's Association.

He was also recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a recipient of its "40 under 40" award, which is annually presented to the 40 most creative and successful businessmen and women in the greater Boston area.

Additionally, as a collegiate lacrosse coach for 11 years, he gained a keen appreciation for the importance of teamwork, consistency, and strategic planning when attempting to gain a competitive edge.



Lynn Saladini - Vice President

Lynn brings over a decade of management and consulting experience to her position as Vice President at ath Power. Her expertise in the management of financial institution research programs makes her input essential as part of a client’s a3 Intelligence© experience. Lynn creates a partnership with each client, acting as a liaison and offering guidance through every aspect of our program process. She also manages the a3 Intelligence© research program process, from collection of data, to final reporting.

Lynn belongs to the MRA, ABA, CASRO (Council of American Survey Research Organization) and has also been elected President of the Mystery Shop Providers Association. Her input has helped the MSPA to set higher standards for field representatives and mystery shopping companies, successfully creating credible research packages for the end user. Lynn was also an elected Board Member of the American Bankers Association, serving as treasurer for the organization.

Lynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has completed her yellow belt in Lean Six Sigma and is in the process of achieving her green belt.
