Lynn Saladini oversees all operational facets of ath Power and is responsible for the retention and growth of the organization’s client base. She brings nearly two decades of management and consulting experience to the ath Power Management Team. Her expertise in the management of financial institution research programs makes her input essential as part of a client’s a3 Intelligence© experience. Lynn continues to drive the extension of ath Power’s services into the global marketplace, facilitating projects in Europe and South America. Lynn has also spent her past 15 years at ath Power representing the firm through a number of trade associations including, but not limited to, the MRA, ABA, CASRO and MSPA.
After completing a successful year on the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Board of Directors as President in 2011, Lynn now serves as North America’s representative to the MSPA’s Global Board. The MSPA is the largest global professional trade association dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources. Her input has helped the MSPA to set higher standards for field representatives and mystery shopping companies, successfully creating credible research packages for the end user. Previously, Lynn was an elected to the Board of the American Bankers Association, serving as treasurer for the organization. Rich Bradley champions the strategic expansion and day-to-day success of ath Power. Formerly a major league sports and national television executive, Rich brings nearly 30 years of senior executive experience from some of America’s best known brands, the last eight years in the Customer Experience, Mystery Shopping and Market Research industries. He is the current President of the North American mystery shopping trade association (MSPA-NA) and Vice Chairman-Elect of the MSPA Global Board.
Bradley is the immediate past Vice-Chairman of the Midtown Orlando Community Development District’s Board of Supervisors, part of the legislative oversight group for the 257-acre, billion dollar upscale mixed-use tourist development project near the Walt Disney World Resort. Rich also currently serves as a delegate on the Innovation and Economic Development Council of the Florida Chamber Foundation and Board President of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida following the completion of multi-year terms on the Board of Governors of Orlando, Inc. and the Boy Scouts of Central Florida. He is a charter member of the Orlando Economic Development Commission’s Executive Round Table and serves on the Florida Citrus Sports Bowl Team Selection Committee.
