ath Power Presents Customer Experience Webinar With BAI

Aloi presented key findings from ath Power’s 2010 Ideal Banking Study and 2010 Small Business Banking Study to validate how most bankers believe they are already providing outstanding customer service, yet in reality, very few banks are actually delivering in ways that matter to their customers. The studies also reveal that most interactions are still missing the defining elements of a high level Customer Experience.
