Job opening: Training Consultant
Location: Andover, MA

ath Power Consulting is actively seeking a new Training Consultant to add to its expanding training team. Our ideal Training Consultant will deliver training to ath Power’s clients on topics such as leadership and management, sales, service, business development, and process improvement. Our trainers use a combination of provided training materials and customizable instruction, focusing on client business goals and needs. Successful candidates are creative thinkers with motivational energy, and a team player attitude, able to adapt to learning needs for all levels of employees and management. Training Consultant must have a sound understanding of adult learning theory and the use of experiential learning techniques.

In addition, the role requires a keen understanding of cultural differences and familiarity driving a relationship development sales and service culture within local and regional companies. Collaborate with clients and subject-matter-experts to customize programs as needed to company specifics. Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions as needed. Lastly, the candidate must have demonstrated competence at networking and building effective working relationships within a client organization.

Desired Skills and Experience

At least five to seven years of training facilitation required along with experience in delivering training to adult learners. Must be creative and energetic. Training content design experience a plus. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor´s degree
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills

Job opening: Executive Consultant
Location:  Andover, MA

ath Power Consulting is actively seeking a new Executive Consultant (EC) to add to its management team. The EC plays an active part in working with the firm’s clients through ongoing contact and meeting participation, proposal writing, as well as general program support.  The EC also plays an active role in the oversight of the operational support of all back office client operations. As EC, you will provide high levels of client satisfaction, achieve profitable revenue, and build and manage a client team.  You will be responsible for designing and implementing various research and training programs for assigned clients, developing cross sell opportunities and management of the other back office operations teams. This role requires experience managing cross-functional groups, strong project management skills, the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and a ‘can-do’ attitude.  The EC is a key member of the client relationship team requiring a good blend of analytical skills, business acumen, business knowledge, and creativity.

Desired Skills & Experience

Three years research experience required – previous banking/finance research experience preferred. Knowledge of financial services consumer and small business products and services also strongly preferred. Additional requirements include:

  • Bachelor´s degree

Job opening: Research Analyst
Location: Andover, MA

This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the market research business. This person will be responsible for contributing to client projects by analyzing and interpreting data, on topics such as customer experience, concept and message testing, and brand equity. Excellent written and analytic skills required (all candidates must provide a sample of a written research report). ath Power is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, highly experienced sales person. Tasks will include lead generation and qualification, appointment-setting, proposal writing and closing the sale. Strong experience with selling research services to financial institutions is required as well as the ability to develop sales presentations tailored for specific audiences.

Ideal candidates will possess technical competency and business savvy and have:

  • A minimum 4 year degree
  • 6-8 years of inside/outside sales experience within the financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Autonomous, self-starting abilities to set and attain goals

Job opening: Program Scheduler
Location: Andover, MA

The goal of each of our team members is to provide a level of service and responsiveness to our client that is unparalleled in our industry. The Program Scheduler at ath Power, responsible for achieving this goal, recruits, trains and schedules independently contracted shoppers to ensure timely, accurate, properly rotated production of client programs. Candidates will identify areas where we need to have shoppers in the field, and then:

  • Compile appropriate training notes and instructions for various programs
  • Facilitate the recruitment and training of all qualified shoppers
  • Schedule shoppers in concert with program objectives
  • Respond to shopper correspondence and questions, ex. email inquiries, telephone calls, facsimiles, etc.
  • Track completely to weekly, monthly or quarterly delivery each shop for each client
  • Keep accurate schedules and management reports to be available for review at any time
  • Communicate internally to provide updates and necessary information and answers to questions

Candidates will be team players possessing problem solving skills and sound experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
