Based in Boston with remote offices across the U.S., ath Power Consulting (apc) is a premier provider of research, training, and strategy solutions for both the public and private sectors. Since 1997, apc has been helping organizations measure and improve customer experience , deepen employee engagement, improve productivity and performance, develop leaders, and optimize talent. Over the past 27 years, apc has served a broad array of industries, including many of the most recognized brands, agencies, and institutions. In fact, we have successfully designed and delivered some of the largest, most complex research and training programs in North America. We have a history of flawless data collection, conducting millions of multi-channel employee, citizen, and consumer surveys, in addition to audit and mystery shop studies, focus groups, and social media monitoring engagements. We also own one of the largest panels of mystery shoppers in the U.S. Our experienced team has also trained tens of thousands of individuals; from C-suite executives and directors to mid-level staff and front-line employees resulting in improved leadership, engagement, culture, communication, performance, and retention.
